If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange, give store credit, or refund your new and unused merchandise within 30 days of original delivery. The item(s) should be in new and unused condition in order to receive credit. Simply send us an email (info@europeanpaper.com) describing the item(s) you would like to return along with your order number and we will respond with a return authorization number that must be included with your return. Please note that original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

here's what to do:

  • A. Ensure the item is in new, unused, and fabulous condition, tags attached where applicable.

  • B. Pack it up carefully - you can even reuse the original shipping materials if you'd like, no need to include your packing slip.

  • C. Send it to us within 30 days of delivery - using the delivery service of your choice. Send the package so that it's trackable & insured, with your name, return address, and order # on the outside.

How will I know I've been credited for my return?

We'll send an email to you upon completion of the credit.  In order to ensure receipt of this email, please make sure you turn off your spam filter for info@europeanpaper.com

When will I see the credit appear on my credit/debit card statement?

How quickly the credit appears on your statement depends on your credit/debit card company. While credits are posted the same day the credit is processed by us, it may take 1 to 2 business days for your bank to show the credit posted on your account.

Depending on the monthly billing of your credit/debit card and what day the credit was processed will determine whether the credit shows on your next bank statement or the one after. Since we will notify when the credit was posted, you will have sufficient information to determine which statement will list your credit.
